We offer a full 7 day return / exchange policy for all items, except underwear & socks, as long as the items are unworn and in the original packaging. The 7 days start as soon as you receive the package (not from when you placed the order). Please note it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipment.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-3 working days from the UK, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
All UK orders are shipped via Evri or Royal Mail (Tracked)
All International orders are shipped via DPD, Evri, UPS, Fedex or Royal Mail (Tracked) depending on your location.
We are not responsible for unpaid custom duties and will not issue refunds under these circumstances. A separate email will be sent from the chosen courier to settle the customs fees.
