Refund policy
At FROST we offer a full 14 day return policy from the day the package arrives at your door. We also offer size exchanges, however if the desired size change is out of stock we will issue a full refund instead.
The refund policy is only active if all of the following criteria is met:
• Refund is shipped back to our warehouse within the 14 day period
• Item is unworn and in the original packaging, free of deterioration, stains, smell, hair or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Customers are responsible for the delivery fee back to the warehouse
• If any of the criteria above it not met then we will refuse the refund request or deduct an amount off your return
• We will not accept refunds / returns for certain items such as socks & underwear for hygiene reasons
• 'Mystery Drop' and sale items cannot be returned
