Can I buy now pay later?

Yes, we offer Klarna as a payment option at checkout.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

Yes of course. We offer a full 14 day refund policy from when the package arrives at your shipping location. For exchanges we are happy to do size swaps as long as the item is in the original condition as when it was sent. if the size you are wishing to exchange for is out of stock you will be refunded.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed Monday - Friday from our UK warehouse & are sent with the fastest courier possible.

Average delivery times:

• UK delivery time: 2-3 days

• Europe delivery time: 5-6 days

• North America delivery time: 6-8 days

• Rest of World delivery time: 9-12 days

Are customs included in the shipping price?

No, customs duties are not included in the shipping cost. We ship from the UK so we advise checking the relevant policies to avoid any surprise fees.
