Can I return my order?
Yes of course. At FROST we offer a full 7 day refund policy from when the order arrives at your door. You can view our policy on our website, or email info@frostclo.com for more help with your order.

How can I get free UK shipping?
Orders £80+ qualify for free UK shipping and is automatically added at checkout.

Who do you ship with?
We use a range of couriers depending on your location

In the UK we ship with either Evri or Royal Mail

Internationally we ship with one of the following: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, UPS or Fedex

Can I buy now pay later?
Yes, we offer Klarna as a payment option at checkout

Do I have to pay import duty?
Yes, the customer is liable for paying any related duties on their order, for more information regarding this please refer to your country's current tariff policies

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please email us on info@frostclo.com as soon as possible, so we can alert the warehouse team and cancel the shipment.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes, as long as you fall into our 7 day window from when the order has arrived at your address & the product is unworn and in it's original packaging. Please contact info@frostclo.com to arrange the exchange. If the desired size you would like to exchange for it out of stock then you will be refunded instead.
